Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities include curriculum development, classroom management, parent communication, and fostering a positive learning environment. 

Qualifications:

Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.

Relevant experience in early childhood education, childcare, or related field. (Freshers can also apply)

Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Any UG/PG/Diploma

Center Director

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of preschool operations, ensuring high-quality education and care. 

Manage daily operations, enrollment, and facility maintenance.

Provide strategic direction and inspire a culture of collaboration.

Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum.

Recruit, train, and support teaching staff for excellence.

Facilitate transparent and proactive communication with parents 

Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and standards.

Monitor and assess program quality for continuous improvement.

Stay updated on best practices and attend relevant training.

Qualifications:

Any UG / PG

At least two years experience in an established Organization.

Strong communication skills.

Good to have: leadership experience, Montessori training or certification, demonstrating expertise in early children education.
